Precast Concrete

Precast concrete may include the structural columns or beams, roof panels or wall panels, all of various shapes & sizes. Precast concrete is formed like the name implies, concrete is poured into a form off site, allowed to cure in a controlled environment, and then transported to the construction project and lifted into place. Precast concrete products can withstand the most extreme weather conditions and will hold up for many decades of constant use. Precast products are specifically engineered and the plants are certified by the National Precast Concrete Association. Many projects find that prestressed concrete provides the lowest overall cost, considering production and lifetime maintenance.
